  1. Cream butter with sugar and molasses.
  2. Add egg and dry ingredients.
  3. Mix together and roll into walnut sized balls.
  4. Roll in sugar. *No need to flatten, they’ll do that on their own.
  5. Bake for 8-10 minutes at 375.  Makes 32-36 cookies.
