Holiday Favorite Ginger Snap Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 cup butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 tbsp molasses
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp cloves
  • 1 tsp ground ginger

Instructions
 

  • Cream butter with sugar and molasses.
  • Add egg and dry ingredients.
  • Mix together and roll into walnut sized balls.
  • Roll in sugar. *No need to flatten, they’ll do that on their own.
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes at 375.  Makes 32-36 cookies.
