Dill Kale Chips

  • 1 head of Kale washed stems and large veins removed, torn into chip size pieces
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup loosely packed fresh dill washed and stems removed
  • 1 tbsp white vinegar
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt plus a pinch


  • In a small food processor or blender, combine all ingredients, except the kale, until well blitzed. 
  • In a large mixing bowl, add kale and dill dressing. Thoroughly massage the dressing until each piece is well coated. 
  • Spread, in a single layer, kale on a parchment paper lined baking tray. Sprinkle with an extra pinch of kosher salt. 
  • Bake at 325 for 10 minutes. Enjoy!
